A 10-minute audio that closes the loop your mind opens the second your head hits the pillow, so you fall asleep tonight without a pill, a podcast, or a fourth episode of anything.
It's 11:52.
The house is quiet. Your body has been done since dinner. You turn off the lamp, you pull the blanket up, and somewhere behind your eyes a meeting starts without you.
The thing you said at 2pm. The text you didn't send. The appointment on Thursday. The money. The thing you said at 2pm again, from a slightly different angle, in case there was something you missed the first six times.
You roll over. You check the time and wish you hadn't. You do the math on how many hours you'd get if you fell asleep right now, and then again ten minutes later, and the number keeps shrinking.
By 3am you're not even thinking about the meeting anymore. You're thinking about how tired you're going to be.
Melatonin. Magnesium. White noise. A sleep podcast with a man whispering about Roman aqueducts. A glass of wine. A show you've seen eleven times. Counting breaths. Journaling it out. A hot bath at 9. No screens after 8.
I'm not saying any of these are bad. Some of them are lovely.
I'm saying they all work on your body, and your body was ready at dinner.
The part of you still awake is the part that thinks, and none of those things speak its language. So you sedate the body while the mind keeps running underneath, and you get five hours of the kind of sleep you wake up from already tired.
A mind that replays a conversation forty times at midnight is doing a job. Somewhere underneath the thinking, your subconscious has decided something is unfinished, unsafe, or unresolved, and it will not let you go offline until it feels handled.
That's why "just stop thinking about it" has never once worked on you. You can't out-logic the part of you that doesn't run on logic. At 11pm it isn't listening to reasons. It's listening for one signal, the one that says the loop is closed and it's safe to power down.
Give it that signal and it lets go. Fast.
I know because I've watched it happen in more than a hundred hours of one-on-one sessions, and because it happened to me first.
I used to sleep like a rock.
Then my life filled up with obligations I never agreed to, and the longer I lived inside that, the worse my nights got. Not all at once. A little less sleep, then a little less than that, then the 3am ceiling, then the mornings where I'd slept twelve hours and woke up more tired than when I lay down.
It leaked into everything. My mood, my weight, my patience with the people I loved.
What turned it around wasn't a better pillow. It was learning to speak to the subconscious in the language it responds to, a method called S.I.T. (Subconscious Imprinting Technique). I've been practising it for almost seven years now, with 248 hours of professional training and about 35 books on the subconscious behind me.
And the thing I kept noticing, session after session, was clients falling asleep on me. Mid-session. In a chair. In the middle of the afternoon. The relaxed state the statements create is that strong.
So I built a version you can use in bed.
It's called Stop The 3AM Replay, and it's designed so the only thing you have to do is press play and follow my voice.
Minutes 1 to 2: the breath. I guide you through one very specific breathing pattern. Not "breathe deeply." A particular rhythm that moves your brain out of the fast, busy beta state it's stuck in and down toward theta, the slow brainwave you drift through on the way to sleep every night of your life. We just go there on purpose.
Minutes 2 to 7: closing the loop. Once you're in that state, I speak a series of S.I.T. statements. These are phrases built to talk straight to the subconscious, past the arguing part of you. They tell that protective part, in its own language, that the thing it’s chewing on is handled for tonight. This is where the replay stops. Not because you forced it. Because the part of you running it finally got what it was waiting for.
Minutes 7 to 10: sleep mode. The last set of statements turns the direction of your mind from "scan for problems" to "rest." Underneath all of it there's music built for exactly this, chosen to carry your brain the rest of the way down.
Most people don't hear the end of it. The statements are written to land whether or not you're awake for the last one, so falling asleep at minute six is the audio working, not you missing something.
Bedtime is the obvious time. Lamp off, earphones in, press play.
But the reason it's named what it's named is the other moment, the one where you surface at 3:07 with the meeting already back in session. Reach for your phone, press play, and go through the same door again. You won't need the light on. You won't need to be awake enough to decide anything. You listen, you breathe when I say breathe, and the loop closes.
Use it both ways. Use it every night if you like. It's yours.
The part I need to be honest about.
Lyndsey came to me too anxious to sleep. She'd been using TV, wine, and whatever else would knock her out, and none of it gave her more than five thin hours. After one session with me she slept more deeply than she had in years.
That was a full session. Sixty to ninety minutes, one on one, going after the root of her specific loop.
This audio is ten minutes, and it's the same ten minutes for everyone who buys it. So I won't promise you Lyndsey's result, because I don't know what your loop is built on yet.
What I will promise, because I've watched it happen in a chair in my office more times than I can count: it will relax your body and quiet your mind enough to fall asleep. That one I'll stand behind with my own money.
If you listen tonight and don't feel even a little bit of ease in your mind, just email me and I'll refund you. No form, no "tell me why," no waiting until you've used it for 30 days. You tried it, it didn't do what I said, you get your money back, and we're still friends.
I could dress that up with a story. It's ten minutes long and ten dollars felt right, and it's less than the bottle of melatonin already on your nightstand.
It's also that price on purpose. I'd rather you have it tonight than bookmark it and think about it for a week, because a week is seven more nights of exhaustion.
In plain terms, you get:
The full 10-minute Stop The 3AM Replay audio, in my voice, with the calming music underneath
Delivered to your inbox within a couple of minutes (and available immediately on the thank-you page), as a file you play on your phone with no app to download
Use it at bedtime, at 3am, or both, as many nights as you want
A full refund if it doesn't ease your mind, just reply to any of my emails
