Is this recorded?

What do I need to participate?

A quiet space, 90 minutes, and a willingness to go inward. No prior experience with subconscious work or SIT required. I recommend bringing a paper & pen and good set of headphones.

Is this therapy?

No. This is subconscious pattern work using Subconscious Imprinting Technique. It's not a substitute for medical care or psychotherapy.

What if I'm skeptical?

Good. Der works best with women who are spiritually open and allergic to anything that sounds too good to be true. Skepticism is welcome. Bring it with an open mind.

Will this cure my insomnia?
