Step 1
We use the wisdom of your body through kinesology & TCM to test for the root emotional cause
Step 2
We use a step by step guided process to release this from your body, mind and spirit. This includes techniques like access consciousness, NLP, and somatic release.
Step 3
Then we give your subconscious the NEW version of what you want to be, live or experience. This is your desired self in YOUR words.
From Talk Therapy - we're not concerned with hashing out all the details of the past over and over, we simply ask targeted questions, in order to uncover patterns in situations, behaviors and language as they relate to your current issue
From Hypnotherapy - while we DO access the brain's theta wave state, you're not "put under" into hypnosis and you're always in full control of your session
From Somatic Coaching - we DO use some breathing techniques to assist in the somatic release process, but going into full-on breathwork mode is not part of the typical SIT session process
From CBT Therapy - there's no need to strain your eyes in order to uncover the subconscious patterns and release them. Most clients describe a SIT session as a lot more gentle and non-invasive compared to CBT.

No. SIT doesn't require you to share the full story. Sessions can be personalized to fit your needs. Whether that's keeping it more surface level, or diving deep into the details. It's entirely up to you and how deep you want to go. Ultimately what matters most is what the body is still holding, not necessarily the narrative.
You don't need to be. The process is guided and you'll be supported through it. I am specially trained in methods to help you identify the patterns, even if you're not sure how to dig into it.
Yes, many clients work with both simultaneously. SIT and talk therapy address different layers and get complimentary treatments when done together.
Yes. Majority of my 1:1 client work is done virtually, so you don't even need to live close by.
